Background: Racing is Joe's passion! Joe grew up in the small town of Fairgrove, MI. He is currently employed as the Facility Manager for an animal feed processing facility in Akron, MI.
Joe was 26 years old the first time he ever went to a race track. That day is when he decided he wasn't going to the track to sit in the stands and be a spectator. He brought his own car, entered his first race and hasn't hit the brakes since!
In the past eight years, Joe has raced in five different classes (Street Stock, Sportsman, Pro Stock, Limited Late, and Super Late Model) with numerous wins. Joe and his team will be racing in the Super Late Model Division this year. Their "home" track will be Mt. Pleasant Speedway where they will be racing on Friday nights. On Saturdays, they will be traveling all over Michigan & Ohio. Pomeroy Racing will also be in numerous high profile races throughout the season.
